Can I choose more than one type of provider?
Absolutely!
Your healing is multi-dimensional, and your matches can reflect that.
Need a therapist a yoga instructor?
Looking for a doctor a nutritionist? No problem.
When you fill out your intake form, you can let us know all the types of support you’re hoping to find
and we’ll find matches across fields if needed.
How many providers will I be matched with?
You’ll receive up to 5 personalized provider matches based on your intake form answers.
Each match will be thoughtfully selected to align with your needs, preferences, and healing goals.
What If I don't connect with a provider?
We understand — healing is personal, and sometimes it takes a few tries to find the perfect fit.
Here’s how we make sure you’re supported:
– You’ll receive up to 5 personalized matches after submitting your intake form.
– If one or more providers don’t feel like the right fit, you’re eligible for up to 3 free replacement matches — no questions asked.
– Need even more options? You can request additional matches for a small fee
— allowing you to continue your search without starting over.

How do I know if the providers have availability?
We take care of that for you!
Before sending you your matches, we personally reach out to each provider to confirm:
– That they are currently accepting new clients
– That they have availability aligned with your needs (and any preferences you shared, like virtual or in-person sessions)
– That they accept your payment preferences
This way, you’re only matched with providers who are ready and excited to support you.
What happens after I receive my matches?
Once you receive your list of matches, you’ll have the freedom to reach out directly to any (or all) of them to begin your healing journey.
If for any reason a match doesn’t feel right, just let us know — you have up to 3 free replacement requests! Additional replacements are available for a small fee.
You will all receive a follow up email to check in and make sure things everything worked out! Quality and your success is important to us!!
How long does it take to receive my matches?
Your personalized matches will be delivered to your email within 3–7 business days after submitting your intake form. We take the time to thoughtfully review your responses and ensure your matches are truly aligned — because your healing deserves care and intention. This also gives time for the providers to confirm their availability!
What if I'm not sure what kind of provider I need?
That’s completely okay.
You can tell us about what you’re feeling, struggling with, or hoping to heal — and we’ll suggest provider types that may be a good fit.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. That’s what we’re here for.
Is my information private?
Your intake form responses are completely confidential. Outside of our team who will be connecting you, we only share necessary information with potential matches (such as your general needs or preferences) to ensure they are a good fit.

What if The Healing Directory can't find my match?
If we’re unable to find a provider who aligns with your preferences and needs, you’ll receive a full refund—no questions asked. We want this process to feel safe, supportive, and risk-free. Your healing journey should begin with trust, and that starts here.
